Train station
Redevelopment of the current station rather than total reconstruction. Personally I believe if a new station is being built, it should be built on the east side of York. Building on the east side of York will allow trains to continue without interruption. Building on the east side will also eliminate traffic jams when/if the new entertainment center is eventually built.
